General Terms and Conditions of Business

Order
All orders are binding. In your own interest, please make sure that the delivery address and telephone number given to us are correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change product specifications without notice.

Prices
The item prices in the shop are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude statutory value-added tax.

Payment
Business orders are executed against invoice. The invoice is mailed directly to the accounting department. Private orders can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, TWINT or PostFinance Card.

Delivery, shipping and packaging costs
We only deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein!

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order. This only confirms the receipt of the order via the eShop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the order process was probably not completed correctly. If this is the case, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

The execution of the order depends on the availability of the products. For express orders and special shipments, please contact us beforehand. If the shipment cannot be shipped as requested, you will be notified by us. The order can be divided into several packages.

Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we charge shipping costs of CHF 8.35 per parcel excl. VAT (A-Post) or CHF 6.50 per parcel excl. VAT (B-Post). The costs for express shipments (Mondexpress) are CHF 23.15 per parcel excl. VAT. Camion deliveries for large orders are charged at cost. The effective shipping costs will be listed on the invoice.

Delivery times
Orders received before 12 a.m. are processed the same day. For special shipments please contact us beforehand.

Priority: approx. 1 - 2 days after dispatch
Economy: approx. 3 - 5 days after dispatch
Mondexpress: the following day by 9 a.m.

Returns
The delivered goods must be checked immediately upon receipt. Returns are generally not intended. In exceptional cases articles can be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition after prior consultation with the E-Shop team. In this case you can return the received goods within 14 days after receipt of the goods and thus withdraw from the purchase. All costs for the return must be borne by you, except for defective or faulty items. The right of return does not apply to used articles.

The refund for non-defective or faulty articles is not including shipping costs and excluding the internal costs of the supplier. If the returned goods are not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct up to 20% of the original sales price from the refund of the item.

Exchanges
The delivered goods are to be checked immediately upon receipt. Exchanges are generally not intended. In exceptional cases articles can be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition after prior consultation. Please attach a note with your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired size to the return.

All costs for the return have to be borne by you. The return must take place in the original packaging. The exchange right does not apply to used articles. Exchanges are only granted for products in intact, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging of the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the item.

Damaged articles
The delivered goods are to be checked immediately upon receipt. If you discover a defect in the delivered goods, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will then inform you about the next steps.

As a rule, damaged or defective items must be returned with a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and the desired action. Depending on damage and availability, a replacement will be delivered or the cost will be refunded.

However, claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded.

Incorrect deliveries
The delivered goods are to be checked immediately upon receipt. If you notice an incorrect delivery, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours after receipt of the goods. We will then contact you and inform you about the next steps.

Incorrectly delivered items must usually be returned with a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and desired action. Depending on availability, the correct item will be delivered or refunded.

The return must take place within 14 days in intact, unused condition and in the undamaged original packaging.

Damaged or defective articles can be exchanged free of charge. Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded.

Data protection
We commit ourselves to process your personal data only for the purpose of business transactions within the scope of our online shop and to make them accessible to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and kept for record purposes within the scope of the statutory accounting obligations.

Credit card payments are encrypted with proven SSL technology. They are processed via Saferpay (Wordline). Wordline processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with the payment you instruct us to make. Your data will only be used by Wordline to process your payment order and will not be made available to any third party other than the financial institutions responsible for the payment method in question. "Wordline" or "Saferpay" may appear on your credit card or bank statement in connection with your order with us. We do not store any credit card information.
